A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The removal of the existing ballasted, approximately 2,500 sq. ft. and none ballasted
approximately 6,800 sq. ft., single-ply roof membrane down the existing roof deck. New 6” of rigid insulation shall be installed on the entire roof. New 80 mil
single-ply roof membrane to be installed over the entire roof including new metal coping, flashings and terminations.
Estimated Cost: $800,000.00
