A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include full replacement of the existing Pre-
Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) metal roof system including insulation. New roof to consist of new PEMB
fabric liner, PEMB insulation system, and new standing seam metal roof. Project also includes new metal
paneling and roofing material on canopies over the entrance doors. New snow guards are also to be installed
on both eaves of the building.
