Downey Community Center Kitchen Remodel

The work of this project can be summarized to include the remodel of the existing

kitchen, replacement of grid ceiling and lighting, installation of new sidewalk and install of a chain link

storage partition at the community center in Downey Idaho. This work will include selective demolition

within the existing kitchen, enlarging and adding door openings in existing walls, removal of existing

ceiling grid, and demolition of concrete and asphalt surface in preparation of new work. The renovated

areas to include minor structural and architectural work as well as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

upgrades.
