Removal of existing 32,000 square feet of single-ply roof membrane systems and built-up roof systems down to existing roof decks. Roofs to be replaced with
new single-ply roof systems with varying thicknesses of roof insulation as indicated on the drawings. Roof replacement work also includes new metal coping,
