It is the intent of the Boise School District to: construction of the repair items noted in the North Band Room Structural Report dated August 13, 2024. Items
include installation of expansion joint materials to close separation gap between North Band room and main classroom building, repairing failed grout joints
on back side of parapet, installing additional flashing on back side of parapet to protect brick from further deterioration. Documents will also include details
for installation of structural helical pier supports of band room to prevent further settlement.
