A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include removal of the existing 31,650 square foot ballasted EPDM roof membrane down to existing roof insulation. Wet or damaged roof insulation to be removed and replaced. 2” of rigid insulation will be added to the existing 4” of rigid insulation. New 80 mil single ply roofing membrane to be installed including new metal coping, flashings, and terminations. Work also includes an add alternate for the low bay roof areas.
