Renovations to the Pi’aamkinwaas facility on the main campus of
Lewis Clark State College, located at 1114 7th Avenue, Lewiston, Idaho. The scope of the project is to
renovate the main floor in order to gain a change of occupancy to an R-3 dormitory use. The
renovations include life safety systems (fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems), new emergency egress
openings, ADA accessibility improvements to the facility and site, replacement of a carport roof, and
repair damaged soffits.
