A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include The interior remodel
and plumbing fixture upgrade of four restrooms. This includes the demolition of the existing
wall tile, toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures, and lavatory countertops. A bid alternate to remove
the floor tile and install new concrete topping slab will be considered.
Estimated Cost $165,000
