A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include site improvements and construction of
a new regional office for the Idaho Department of Labor in Twin Falls, Idaho. The single-story construction
type is VB construction with a total building area of approximately 11,000 sf. The scope of work includes
demolition of existing hardscapes and softscapes within the project limits, site infrastructure and utility
connections, and improvements for parking and landscaping as required per the City of Twin Falls.
