The scope of this project includes a new 4,700 square foot addition to the existing 11,776 square foot Event
Center building, located on the Baker County Fairgrounds. The Scope of Work shall include, but not limited
to the following: wood framed construction, shop fabricated wood trusses, metal siding, composition
asphalt shingles, interior finishes, fixtures, specialties, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm
system, and site improvements all as required by, specified in, and shown on the Contract Documents.
